Voici un des vernis à effet de chez Nails Inc (acheté à Sephora pour 14 €).

Là, il est appliqué en couche épaisse pour un effet intense mais peut être aussi utilisé plus sobrement. Son rendu va varier en fonction de la couleur appliquée en base (ici, du un bleu pétrole OPI).

Je le trouve trop délirant... Ça me fait rire.
